The Core Four Objectives (Career Development, Leadership, Service, and Recognition) represent both what we do and who we are. While using the Core Four is completely optional, it offers a great framework for aligning your chapter’s activities with existing career and technical education (CTE) goals.
These objectives are meant to inspire, not limit—how far you take them is entirely up to you. Think of them as tools to help make your chapter's events and experiences more meaningful, engaging, and impactful for your members.
