Shipping
We're typically able to ship products out within 48 hours. Depending on where you live, it can take 2-5 business days to arrive. Occasionally, carrier delays beyond our control could extend that time. Delivery times could vary due to weather, labor shortages, or unforeseeable events.
Items are shipped using FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Please check your email, as the shipping company may have sent you shipping updates about your order.
International Shipping - Allow at least 14 business days, and additional shipping charges will be incurred.
Cost
We do not charge ground shipping for memberships; however, a flat $10.00 processing charge will be implemented on all membership orders. This fee is per invoice, not per member. We encourage advisors to complete your registration process for as many members as possible at one time. Advisors may enter names at intervals and then process them all at once. If you would like your shipment sent by air, additional charges will be applied.
For merchandise, shipping charges are calculated at checkout, depending on the total amount of your order. If expedited shipping is requested, charges will be applied at the final checkout.
